Registration for in-person attendance is now closed. However, you may still register if you wish to attend online. Please note that registration for online participation remains open until January 24th. 2025. 

HOW TO REGISTER:

For Virtual Participants:

Register now to attend the workshop remotely. There is no selection process for virtual attendance. To register, click on the Register button at the top right of the page and fill out the form. You will, however, be required to confirm your participation on our workshop website before the workshop begins. Further instructions will be provided in due time. 

For In-person Attendance:

Registration for in-person attendance is now closed. Final selected candidates must confirm their participation between November 1st and December 31st. Additional information on this process will be sent directly to the candidates accordingly.  

Note: Participation throughout the entire workshop is mandatory

Additional Information for All Participants:

Registration and participation are free for both in-person and vitrual participants. In-person attendees will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses, and it is mandatory for each participant to come with a laptop. 

If you wish claiming ECTS credits at your university:  the workshop will provide a certificate of attendance, with the number of hours spent in the different theoretical and practical sessions.
