Registration

Registration for in-person attendance is now closed. However, you may still register if you wish to attend online. Please note that registration for online participation remains open until January 24th. 2025. 

Registration for Virtual Participants:

Register now to attend the workshop remotely. There is no selection process for virtual attendance. To register, click on this link "Registration" and fill out the form. You will, however, be required to confirm your participation on our workshop website before the workshop begins. Further instructions will be provided in due time. 

For In-person Attendance: 

Registration for in-person attendance is now closed.

The applicant selection will be made by the workshop Scientific Committee (composed of representative members of WP4, WP5 and WP6, workpackages of the EuroFAANG, https://eurofaang.eu/projectstructure/) based on: 

• Match of previous experience and field of research interest to the proposed training program
• European geographical distribution of participants 
• optimal gender ratio

The final selection will be communicated by October 30, 2024. 

Final selected candidates  must confirm their participation between November 1st and December 31st midnight (Paris), 2024. Detailed instructions on this process will be provided directly to the candidates soon. 

Please note that attendance throughout the entire workshop is mandatory. 

No registration fee is required but participants must pay for travel and accommodation costs.
